My tomato plants are dripping with fruit right now. I left last Sunday for a week in NYC so I harvested everything that was ready and quickly processed and canned them. I got 7 pints from that batch. I got back in today and was able to gather enough for another 7 pints. This works perfectly because my canner holds 7 jars so if I just keep up with this I won’t have to devote a whole day to canning and I won’t end up wasting anything either. Nice.
